The Irish Van began on four wheels, serving hot comfort food to homesick Irish expats and curious Aussies alike. When COVID halted public events, we pivoted to keep our community connected—freighting award-winning butcher meats, Clonakilty black pudding, and beloved pantry favourites directly to Irish pubs and clubs across Australia. Today, with thousands of kitchen tables fed, we are bringing the truck back to the road and preparing to open our first permanent café.
